To aide displaced individuals and their families through unexpected circumstances . We specialize in offering daily living assistance to anyone age 45 or older. Our dedicated network of care providers can develop a structured plan to help with you live in clean, affordable & safe housing.
We understand that a single care plan may not fit all situations. KLH staff will work hard to set a structured care plan for your needs.
Available services can include healthy meal planning & preparation, assistance with any ADL needs, Supervision for those who suffer

During our intake process a care coordinator will ask you some questions to develop a care plan specific to your needs.
